Soccer Coloring Pages
These free printable soccer coloring pages follow a game from the first touch to the final whistle. Young players kick the ball toward the goal, dribble down the field, jump to head the ball and weave past a row of training cones. A goalkeeper dives sideways to catch a shot, another keeper stands ready in the goal with her gloves up, and players take a corner kick next to the corner flag and a throw-in from the sideline. When the ball hits the back of the net, a player throws both arms in the air to celebrate.
Some pages are about the game without a player in sight: a soccer ball resting in the grass with daisies and a butterfly, the ball sitting in the goal net, the corner flag at the edge of the field, cleats and shin guards on a locker room bench and a full set of gear laid out on the grass. For the end of the season there is a trophy on a podium, a player lifting the cup over his head and a soccer ball with a winner’s medal. For more outdoor scenes, try the nature coloring pages.
How to print these soccer coloring pages
Click the Download button under any picture to save it, then print it on standard letter paper. The pages are portrait and sized to fill the sheet, so pick fit to page in your print settings. Plain white paper is fine for crayons and colored pencils; light cardstock holds up better for markers.
Coloring ideas
Color the jerseys, shorts and socks in your own team’s colors, or invent a new kit for every page. Use green for the grass, blue for the sky and white for the field lines. The classic soccer ball has black pentagons and white hexagons, but you can make the ball as bright as you like. The trophy and the medal look great in gold, silver or bronze.
Who these pages are for
The simpler pages, like the trophy on the podium, the corner flag and the player holding up the cup, have large open shapes that are quick to fill and suit preschoolers and early elementary kids. The busier pages, such as the goal nets, the locker room and the gear laid out on the grass, have more small pieces for older kids and adults who want a longer, relaxing session. Coaches, parents and teachers can print as many copies as they need for home, team or classroom use.
